These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at juria.in and the products and services offered by Siji Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Siji Technologies”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in India with its office at Rupahi Town, Rupahi, Nagaon, Assam, PIN- 782125.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing our website, creating an account, making a payment or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Our services
We provide:
- Custom web and Android software development, hosting and maintenance;
- Software products such as SchoolOS (school management) and OrbitHR (HR and payroll), offered on a subscription or licence basis;
- Research journal publishing support, including journal websites, submission and peer-review workflows and online publication.
The scope, deliverables, timelines and price for each engagement are set out in the quotation, invoice, order form or written agreement we share with you. Where such a document conflicts with these Terms, that document prevails for that engagement.
3. Accounts and responsibilities
- You must provide accurate, current information and keep your login credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the accuracy and legality of the data and content you upload.
- You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract, or act on behalf of an organization authorised to do so.
4. Fees and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST) unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are made online through third-party payment gateways, or by bank transfer against our invoice. We do not store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials; these are handled by the payment gateway under its own security and privacy terms.
- Subscription fees are charged in advance for the billing period stated at purchase. Custom development may be billed in milestones as stated in the quotation.
- We may suspend a service for non-payment after reasonable notice.
- Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use our services for any unlawful purpose; upload malicious code or infringing content; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ data; interfere with the normal operation of the service; or resell or sublicense our software without our written permission.
6. Intellectual property
Our websites, software products, logos and documentation remain the property of Siji Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. Unless a written agreement states otherwise, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our products for your own organization during the paid term. For custom development, ownership of the deliverables is as stated in the applicable agreement; third-party and open-source components remain under their own licences.
You retain ownership of the data and content you provide. You grant us the right to host, process and display it only as needed to provide the service.
7. Availability, warranties and liability
We work to keep our services available and secure, but they are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Siji Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the fees you paid for that service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using our services at any time, subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. Clauses that by nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, liability and governing law) will continue to apply.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights, the courts at Nagaon, Assam shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest revision; continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
